What happens after the first 12 months?
Your Professional license remains valid for versions covered by your updates entitlement. Renew updates/support when you want another 12 months of coverage.
Is this priced per DNS server?
No. Professional covers one admin workstation and unlimited managed DNS servers.
How do I receive my license?
After payment is processed, your activation credential is emailed to the address used in Paddle checkout. Enter it in Manage License in ConfigWitness DNS.
How do I renew updates and support?
Renewal must be associated with your existing license. Public renewal checkout is not available yet. Contact support using the details on the Terms page; do not buy another Professional license to renew.
